Raphaël is a Partner and Senior Advisor. A former HR Director for international groups, he has been with the Morgan Philips Group since its creation. In particular, he has been involved in developing the group's recruitment practices in Africa, the Middle-East and the Indian Ocean. He advises organisations and companies on their talent acquisition, development and management strategies. He is also conducting research (PhD) in management with the University of Paris Dauphine PSL.

Prior to joining Morgan Philips Africa & Middle-East, Isli began his career at Deloitte as a financial auditor, responsible for a portfolio of clients in various industries, including FMCG, construction, healthcare and food. Isli subsequently held senior finance positions, firstly at CBRE in France and then at Morgan Philips Americas. With a dual Franco-Moroccan and trilingual culture, Isli combines his finance skills with his international experience to bring a technical and strategic perspective, enhancing his understanding of the economic and political challenges and opportunities in the labour market.

Experienced professional, Éric holds a Diploma in Marketing and a bachelor's degree in business administration. With over seven years of experience in business development, he also has skills as a Recruitment Specialist, having held this position at an international headhunting firm before joining Morgan Philips Group. He focuses on business development with companies in the Africa and Middle East region, offering advanced recruitment solutions through Morgan Philips Executive Search.

Before joining Morgan Philips Africa & Middle-East, Delphine was an International Research Officer in a recruitment firm based in the western Indian Ocean for 6 years. Today, she is working as a Senior Consultant in supporting Pan-African conglomerates and major players based on the African continent. Specialized in recruiting executives and experts from different industries such as FMCG, Infrastructure and Energy. Speaking English, she is able to take on missions throughout the Africa Zone.

A certified organisational psychologist, Aya joined Morgan Philips Africa & Middle-East on completion of her studies. Of Moroccan origin, Aya has evolved in a cross-cultural environment, which today enables her to understand the cultural, political and strategic challenges of the business environment in Africa and the Middle East. Her development in these contexts and her in-depth knowledge of human behaviour give her a solid understanding of recruitment and human capital issues in these areas. Trilingual, with a dual Franco-Moroccan culture, Aya is fluent in French, English and Arabic.

Ashlay is a seasoned recruitment consultant with extensive experience and expertise in Talent Acquisition across the African continent, the Middle East, and the Indian Ocean. Prior to joining Morgan Philips Middle East & Africa, Ashlay gained five years of experience working in Europe, Asia, and the Gulf countries in Finance sector. He joined the group in 2014, where he spearheaded the activities of the Executive Sourcing Center based in Mauritius. Today, he leverages his expertise in profile sourcing across various platforms . With a solid foundation in recruitment and human resources, Ashlay has successfully executed numerous "C" level recruitments, serving as a trusted business partner to our clients. Nassila Heathy joined Morgan Philips Africa & Middle East in 2021. She began her career as People Services Coordinator working with 12 African countries. Before joining Morgan Philips, she has experienced in working with European and GCC countries in Nuclear and Oil & Gas industry allowing her to understand the business world as well as different cultures.
