He joined Morgan Philips when his headhunting company was sold to the group. A specialist in social relations, he has held many HRM roles, the most recent at industrial integrator Boccard. An executive committee member, he created and deployed the group HRM role in Geneva. His global and innovative approach to talent management was rewarded in 2013 by Le Figaro Economie.
Hyssein joined Morgan Philips Africa & Middle East in 2018. Having grown up between the Middle East and Gabon, he has a detailed understanding as well as a solid knowledge of the business world in Africa, emerging markets in the Middle East and all issues related to family business. His dual Lebanese and Gabonese culture allows him to fully grasp the cultural, political and economic issues that animate these two regions.
